| With a full bench, the Fatcats extended their unbeaten streak to six with a 6-1 win over the Stoney's Brigade. In what was notably the strongest start to a game this season, the Fatcats scored four goals in the opening frame to take a commanding lead. Dave Palmer was the surprise hero of the first, making an impressive save on what was surely an easy goal. The shutout was broken in the 2nd as the Cat's own Nicholas Rizzuti and Cam Carty combined on a pristine give-and-go to make the score 4-1. Anthony Bellemo and Mike Arnoldi continued with their stellar games by exchanging goals and assists for the last 2 goals of the game. They completed the game with 3 and 4 points respectively. The Fatcats look ahead to next weeks game against an unknown opponent. |
